Missing Aircraft: Does This Ring Any Bells

Another airliner carrying a large number of civilian passengers has gone missing in the area between Indonesia and Malaysia. Here is what is known so far from the news feeds. As you read it, make a not of how far you get before the bells start ringing.

As yet we know nothing for sure and there may indeed be nothing strange about this disappearance. But the number of similiarities with the ill fated Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 flight MH370 are remarkable to say the least.

For those who missed the coverage, here is what is known so far.

Indonesia AirAsia Flight QZ8501, an Airbus 320-200 carrying 155 passengers and seven crew, lost contact with Jakarta air traffic control at 6:17 a.m. (2317 GMT on Saturday). No distress signal had been sent, said Joko Muryo Atmodjo, an Indonesian transport ministry official.

On board were 155 Indonesians, three South Koreans and one each from Singapore, Malaysia and Britain, plus a French pilot, the airline said in a statement, correcting earlier information. Tatang Kurniadi, head of Indonesia’s National Committee of Safety Transportation, expressed hope of locating the aircraft quickly and said it was too early to detect any of the so-called electronic pings from its black box recorder.

“We are using our capacity to search on sea and land. Hopefully we can find the location of the plane as soon as possible,” he told a news conference.”What I need to emphasize is until now, we have not found out how the plane fell or what kind of emergency it was.”

Indonesia AirAsia is 49 percent owned by Malaysia-based budget carrier AirAsia (AIRA.KL), which has had a clean safety record since it began operating 13 years ago. The AirAsia group also has affiliates in Thailand, the Philippines and India. The aircraft had accumulated approximately 23,000 flight hours in some 13,600 flights, according to Airbus (AIR.PA).

The pilots of QZ8501 “was requesting deviation due to en-route weather before communication with the aircraft was lost,” the airline said in a statement. Singapore, Malaysia, Britain, South Korea and Australia offered to help in the search and any investigation. Malaysia said it was sending vessels and a C130 aircraft while Singapore had also sent a C130. Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott said a P3 Orion aircraft was on standby if needed.

Disappeared AirAsia Plane Likely “At Bottom Of Sea”; No Signal Detected

One would have thought that more than half a year after the mysterious disappearance of Malaysia flight MH-370 airlines would have taken precautions to keep track of airplanes at any given moment. One would be wrong, and as the latest mystery surrounding AirAsia’s missing jet deepens, it has become clear that like with its Malaysian predecessor, nobody has any clue where the plane may be, so the speculation begins. Cue Reuters, which reports that the plane “could be at the bottom of the sea after it was presumed to have crashed off the Indonesian coast, an official said on Monday, as countries around Asia sent ships and planes to help in the search effort.”

The disappearance was quite unexpected, even to the pilots, as Flight QZ8501 did not even get a chance to issue a distress signal and disappeared over the Java Sea five minutes after requesting the change of course, which was refused because of heavy air traffic, officials said. What is just as surprising is that the airplane in question, an Airbus A320 has traditionally had a virtually spotless flight history: The plane that disappeared was delivered to AirAsia from the production line in October 2008. Powered by CFM 56-5B engines built by a joint venture of General Electric Co. and France’s Safran SA (SAF), the aircraft had accumulated approximately 23,000 flight hours in some 13,600 flights, Airbus said on its website.

We are accustomed in our libertarian blogs, The Daily Stirrer and Boggart Blog, to mentioning the Five Star Movement led by Beppe Grillo whenever the topic of anti E U feeling in Italian politics is in the news. This is perhaps unfair to Italy’s oldest anti EU party, Lega Nord, (The Northern League,) led by the rising star of the Italian right Matteo Salvini.

While it is probably unfair to describe Lega Nord as ‘right wing’ (they are Libertarian) the party is a strong opponent of the cultural Marxism of European and American consensus politics.

One of the Northern League’s problems is that its founder, Umberto Bossi always pursued a separatist agenda, arguing that the highly industrialised north of Italy should split from the economically agrarian and politically conservative south. Thus the party was seen as a regional political force only.

Now however, The Northern League has launched a political campaign aimed at winning support in the southern regions, with a view to eventually forming a national government.

Though previous attempts to make the regional party a nationwide
force have failed, Lega Nord is gambling on Salvini’s popularity, his anti-immigration, anti-EU stance and the growing feeling that further integration of EU member states being demanded by Brussels threatens national sovereignty and cultural identity, to turn them into a national force.

“We will make it into power. I don’t know when, but we will get there,” Salvini told reporters at a press conference launching the campaign..

Party leaders said membership in the new effort is open to any Italian not already in office, though politicians’ bids to join the movement will also be considered on a
case-by-case basis.

Salvini said it is an attempt to avoid “recycling” certain politicians who may be hoping to take advantage of the party’s momentum, which is being spurred by his steadily growing popularity. (Now who do we think he could be referring to? Signor Berlusconi perchance?)

A recent poll ranked Salvini just behind Prime Minister Matteo Renzo on Italians’ list of favourite political leaders. His rise has been compared to Marine Le Pen, leader of the far-right National Front in France.
Salvini is a fan of Le Pen, who has softened the hard-right image of her party and broadened its appeal as voters across Europe have turned to pro-independence parties in a backlash against the Brussels bureaucracy and the economic gloom engulfing much of the euro zone.

French Government Accused Of Trying To Delay Elections.

There are some people who year to live under an oppressive global dictatorship, they delude themselves that they are part of the elite (in reality they are the modern equivalent of Stalin’s useful idiots)and think their interests are served by sucking up to authority.

Such people are always eager to repeat the establishment lie that everybody in Europe apart from we British and a few right wing extremist fringe parties are wildly enthusiastic about merging all the EU member states into a federal European superstate which would in turn be crushed under the U.S. jackboot.

It is not so of course; I’ll give links to the rise of anti EU feeling in Europe at the end but first here’s a story on how fearful the French government of Francois Hollande is of the anti – immigration Front National, the party currently topping opinion polls in France.

The Elysee Denies Considering A Change To Regional Elections

The Presidency of the Republic {of France] has denied rumours that President Hollande wishes to move the regional election from December to October, 2015 so the vote does no coincide with the annual climate conference at which the French government and EU leadership are likely to committ to measures hugely unpopular with voters. A further rumour, that to avoid a clasah of dates the elections will be held on another weekend in December has not been responded to.

Le Parisien Asked this morning (21 December, 2014) about a possible advance of the date of the regional elections, the entourage of Francois Hollande flatly denies any change in the electoral calendar. “It is totally false and unfounded. The law (on the creation of new regions,) which has been passed provides that elections will take place in December 2015, they will therefore take place in December 2015,” continues the Elysee.

Matignon, the First Minister’s office, also denied the information.

Therefore no question of changing the rules of the game as is implied in a “Sunday Journal” story which states it is the wish of the Head of State to advance the elections in October 2015, rather than let elections take place at the same time as the conference on climate. From 30 November to 13 December 2015, dozens of heads of state and government must indeed meet in Paris to find an agreement against global warming.

This change is “distressing” and “implausible”, commented Christian Jacob, president of the UMP in the National Assembly,on Sunday morning. which on I-Tele referred to the fact that a change of date to another month would require a new law.

If the regional elections are held in December, the precise date of the weekends during which the election will be held is not against still unknown. The schedule of departmental elections remains unchanged: they will take place on 22 and 29 March 2015.

Words which reflect the feelings of many French voters.

So is this an unfounded rumour or, more likely given the recent track record of Hollande and his government, have they been caught with their pants down again and are now having to back pedal furiously.

Either way the socialists are likely to get another hammering from parties of the right in the vote.

A Perspective On The Russian Economic Crisis

One of Little Nicky’s biggest fans (NOT!) gets so mad when we present the Russian view of events to balance the pro – Washington, pro – American global hegemony that there’s a change he will blow a gasket. And so we turn to Deutsche Wirtschafts Nachrichten (German Financial News) for some balance, because the German business community seems much less in thrall to the US government than the EU or any European national leaders. So here are some thoughts from our German source on how the Russian situation differs from what we are told by western media.

Therefore Putin, despite attempts by the Americans to isolate him,is still an important player for the international financial elites.

A book titled “The Death Of Money” is something sensational in German, but a new publication with that title explains the backdrop against which the new Cold War with Russia is taking place:

Author James Rickards explains in plain and intelligible language that we are already in the middle of a currency war: “the purpose of war is the will and the economic capacity of the enemy to break … the destruction of wealth through a stock exchange attack can be more effective than the sinking enemy ships.”

Rickards reported from inside the US Government, as officials in Washington long ago are passed over to this type of warfare. The author is a master, not to take sides with the one or the other, but describes as a thriller perhaps the most decisive war of the future, the battle for the survival of the dollar as the world reserve currency.

5. The collapse of the dollar.

James Turk and John Rubino predicted the end of the Petrodollar world currency ten years ago. That the dollar in the familiar form is still the reserve currency does not invalidate the analyzes of the authors, but is a testament to the persistence of global systems. However, the book was right about one thing: Parallel to the decline of the dollar price of gold rose.

Gold is becoming the de facto reserve currency: This is how The New York Times recently explained in an interesting Op-Ed, that gold is seen as less a means of payment or a store of value, rather a symbol of power. As money and stocks lose value eroding the wealth of the masses, the rich and rising [corporate] empires find that they can change the rules.

The authors describe prophetically that the crisis of the dollar has to be seen the twin sister of the global debt crisis. China, Russia and many other emerging markets have systematically increased their gold holdings in recent years. In the Rickards book (see item 2) above, global currency war simulations are enacted in the Pentagon, in which China with the introduction of the gold standard, resolves the global power issue.

Allerdings könnte es für den Westen dramatische Folgen haben. Der Autor schreibt in seiner kritischen, jedoch angenehm unvoreingenommenen Analyse: „Meine Herren Bürokraten, wenn das Volk demnächst massenhaft auf die Straße geht, wie es vor kurzem in Bulgarien der Fall war, dann werdet ihr nicht sagen können, man habe euch nicht gewarnt.“

Dieses im Deutschen etwas reißerisch übertitelte Buch (Englisch: The death of money) erklärt die Kulisse, vor der der neue Kalte Krieg mit Russland stattfindet: Autor James Rickards erklärt in unnachahmlich klarer und verständlicher Sprache, dass wir uns bereits mitten in einem Währungskrieg befinden: „Der Kriegszweck besteht darin, den Willen und die ökonomischen Kapazitäten des Feindes zu brechen…Die Zerstörung von Wohlstand durch eine Börsenattacke kann wirksamer sein als das Versenken feindlicher Schiffe.“ Rickards berichtet aus dem inneren der US-Regierungsbehörden, wie die Beamten in Washington längst zu dieser Art der Kriegsführung übergangen sind. After the latest Climate Conference in Lima predictable failed to reach any agreement (the delegates agreed that something must be done but did not know what) and the Warmageddonists cheerleading for Carbon Taxes, windmillis smoke and mirrors and all the rest revealed they have no new evidence (not that they ever had any evidence that was not generated by mathematical models of the climate), it has been a good time to really go for the dishonesty of the Global Warming Cult. What has Little Nicky been telling you since we started back in 2005? The whole Anthropogenic Global Warming business is a scam designed to enrich the rich, help government raise stealth taxes in the form of ‘green levies’ on our energy bills, and generate enough fear and panic among the general population we will meekly surrender our freedoms to huddle Under A Sheltering Sky fabricated by supporters of a global bureaucratic dictatorship.

One of the problems with ‘climate science’ is that it relies for evidence of global warming on data extracted from mathematical models of the global climate running in computers. And it has been obvious for some time the output from these models does not match what is happening in reality

It has long been a tactic of the totally dishonest Warmageddonist movement to dismiss any independent (i.e. not supported by Big Global in their various disguises) research as being not by proper scientists.

A few months ago however Science magazine no less presented a compilation of metastudies by respected physicists, meteorologists and environmentalists all of which agree that the models are unreliable. (Science is available online only to subscribers)so I cannot give you a direct link.

An article in the June 13, 2014, issue of Science admits the computer climate models are not effective at forecasting either future or past temperatures. The Science piece says the current models are “bloated with data,” but still cannot represent such huge variables as clouds and shifts in ocean currents. Statisticians are recommending a re-start.

At the same time, new studies are revealing that the sun has an even bigger role in climate than the current climate models understand.

One of the new papers finds that the amount of time the sun is obscured from the earth by clouds is “highly correlated” with temperatures over the past 50 years. That was true both in the global dimming of the 1960s and 1970s and during the brightening of the 1990s and 2000s. The authors studied 10 climate variables over that period. (Spinoni et al., “Climate of the Carpathian Region in the period 1961–2010,” International Journal of Climatology online.)

The Spinoni team also found a decreasing trend in relative humidity over the past 50 years, which is contrary to the current models’ assumptions. That supports the theory that the greenhouse gas impacts are becoming increasingly saturated and thus less frightening.

Another recent paper in the Journal of Solar and Terrestrial Physics predicts global temperatures will fall by up to 1º C by 2020 due to low solar activity. Solheim et al. note that long solar cycles (like the one we’re currently in) predict more solar dimming. (Solheim et al., “The long sunspot cycle 23 predicts a significant temperature decrease in cycle 24,” Journal of Solar and Terrestrial Physics 80, 2012). Papers like these do not get reported in mainstream media, on broadcast news or by people like that science worshipping twat Brian Cox who has less brain cells than he has testicles – and I’m not sure he has a full set of testicles.[Continue reading at Cfact]
