If Monsanto Are As Clean As They Claim, Why Do The Need a Private Army?

The Monsanto Company likes to proclaim that they are the good guys, here to selflessly feed the world, help with sustainable agriculture, and, as if those lofty goals are not enough, champion human rights across the globe. All you have to do is look at their commitments page to see how worthy they are of a shiny corporate halo:’

Monsanto propaganda makes claims like this:

“At the heart of Monsanto is a very clear and principled code of conduct – one we expect all employees, contractors and management to live by every day. We operate under a genuine value system—our pledge—that demonstrates integrity, respect, ethical behavior, perspective and honesty as a foundation for everything we do.’

A key part of fulfilling the promise of our value system is by engaging our communities in a significant and positive manner. Not only do we work hard to support the family farmer in a variety of ways, but we also …”

So why, you might well ask, does a company that is so angelic and so committed to putting common good ahead of corporate profits need a private army:

Real all about Monsanto’s gowing paranoia over the anti – GM movement and the extraordinary steps the corporation is taking to protect it’s poisonous intellectual property:

How Banksters Plan To Replace Your Wallet With Something They Control

‘Retailers such as Wal-Mart, Target and Costco are utilizing biometric identification for accurate management of goods, while hoping to incorporate the biometric checkout where customers can use their fingerprint or retina to pay for their items without having to use their credit/debit cards or write a check.

By having employees scan their fingerprints into a corporate database, retail corporations can reduce theft and eliminate payroll confusion; however this initiative is really about collecting biometric data to store and use at a later date.

Perhaps customers could wave their smartphone over a scanner to be identified at a retail store without having to use their eyes or hands.’

Tech Corps Hope to Replace Your Wallet With Biometric Identification.

Syria: Has somebody redefined the word Cooperation

Not long ago as we are all ware, US Secretary of State John (Lurch) Kerry and Dave (Shiny Face) Cameron separately had talks with Russian leaders and emerged claiming they were optimistic about a peacful settlement in Syria being achieved through cooperation with Russia.

So, Dave, Johhny – babe, how’s that cooperation with Russia thing coming along then. Only today you see, Little Nicky read this in the New York Times.

Russia has sent advanced antiship cruise missiles to Syria, a move that illustrates the depth of its support for the Syrian government led by President Bashar al-Assad, American officials said Thursday.

Russia has previously provided a version of the missiles, called Yakhonts, to Syria. But those delivered recently are outfitted with an advanced radar that makes them more effective, according to American officials who are familiar with classified intelligence reports and would only discuss the shipment on the basis of anonymity.

Unlike Scud and other longer-range surface-to-surface missiles that the Assad government has used against opposition forces, the Yakhont antiship missile system provides the Syrian military a formidable weapon to counter any effort by international forces to reinforce Syrian opposition fighters by imposing a naval embargo, establishing a no-fly zone or carrying out limited airstrikes.

“It enables the regime to deter foreign forces looking to supply the opposition from the sea, or from undertaking a more active role if a no-fly zone or shipping embargo were to be declared at some point,” said Nick Brown, editor in chief of IHS Jane’s International Defense Review. “It’s a real ship killer.”

Last week, right after the aforementioned talks rumors began to fly around that Russia would sell Bashar al-Assad missile systems that would allow Syria to fight any NATO or US attempt to impose a no-fly zone. Russia immediately denied it, which of course means that’s exactly what they planned on doing all along.

Little Nicky has to admit, in Russia they have their own ideas about what constiutes cooperation.

China has the back door.

In the previous post I reported that Russia had stationed six warships in the Mediterranean, presumably to deter US / Israeli / European ambitions to install a puppet govErnment in Syria and open the back door for a western strike on Iran (that’s what military experts are saying anyway)

Now we read this:

TOKYO: Three Chinese government ships entered the waters of disputed islands on Friday, Japan’s coastguard said, more than a year after the then-Tokyo governor set off the row by announcing plans to buy them.

The Chinese maritime surveillance vessels were spotted off the Senkaku islands, which China calls the Diaoyus, in the East China Sea at around 2:30 pm (0530 GMT), the coastguard said.

It is the latest episode in a fraught few months that has seen repeated stand-offs between official ships from both sides as they have jostled over ownership of strategically-important and resource-rich islands.

The territorial row blistered in September when Tokyo nationalized three islands in the chain, in what it said was a mere administrative change of ownership and one intended to pre-empt a more volatile purchase by nationalist Tokyo governor Shintaro Ishihara.

Tokyo’s move prompted angry anti-Japan demonstrations across China, which has intensified claims to the islands it says should have been “returned” in the post-World War II settlement Tokyo made. (full story, BBC News)

Unusually you can read about this in mainstream media.

Little Nicky Machiavelli will keep you updated on the progress towards World War Three. But do not despair, we can stop it even now. Minimize your lifestyle, stop consuming, send a message to the international bankers who are driving this push to conflict.

Slowly We Edge Closer To War

Forget all the politicians blether about positive meetings with Russian leaders and resolution of the Syrian conflict. Steadily the lines are being drawn, the trenches are being dug and the body bags are being stitched. You will not read about in mainstream media of course, no=r will you hear it reported on the Biased Broadcasting Corporation News.

From RT
Russia will dispatch a permanent group of five to six combat ships to the Mediterranean Sea, Russian Navy chief Admiral Viktor Chirkov said. Frigates and cruisers will make up the core of the fleet.

“Up to five or six ships must be on a permanent basis in the Mediterranean Sea. They should be controlled through the command of the Black Sea Fleet,” Russian TV channel Zvezda quoted Admiral Chirkov as saying.

Supply vessels will also be included in the permanent deployment to the Mediterranean.

The decision to send Russian ships to the Mediterranean’s waters was first announced on March 11 by Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu.

“I think that we have everything to create and maintain such a grouping. Certainly, this shows the positive dynamics of development of the Navy,” Shoigu told top officers of the Russian Armed Forces. By 2020, the Russian Navy will include eight missile submarines, 16 multipurpose subs and 54 combat ships, he added.

Chirkov said that top Navy officers are currently in the process of strategizing the deployment of a combat group to the Mediterranean. He also said that Russia is prepared to send combat ships to the Pacific and Indian Oceans.

So Much For Progress On Syria

After recent meetings with Russian leader Vladimir Putin, both USA Secretary of State John (Lurch) Kerry and UK Prime Minister David Cameron returned claiming they were more optimistic about replacing the regime of the Dictator Assad with a western style liberal democracy ( under Sharia law acceptable to all factions opposing Assad.

Little Nicky (posting here and as my alter egos Ian Thorpe, Ed Butt and Egbert Nobakon) told you that it was very dangerout to take anything the Russian leader said at face value and when little Vlad talked about the need to “work together” his likely meaning was “The west needs to back off and let Assad, with help from Russia and Iran, crush the rebellion.”

Today I read this (from PressTV):
“Russia says Iran plays a key role in resolving the crisis in Syria, underlining the need for the participation of the Islamic Republic in an upcoming international conference on Syria in Geneva.

“While Moscow calls for [the] participation of more members including Syria neighboring countries, Iran and Saudi Arabia in the second round of talks [in Geneva], Washington is trying to decrease the number of these participating countries and replace them with those countries who are supporting the militant groups in Syria,” Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in an interview with Al-Mayadeen TV on Monday.

At a joint press conference in Moscow on May 7, the Russian foreign minister and US Secretary of State John Kerry agreed to encourage the Syrian government and the foreign-backed militants to find a political solution to the crisis.

When Russia talks of co operation they have always meant everybody doing what suits Russia.

Rogue State regime gets closer to Al Qaeda

You know how I hate doing this, but some of you insist on believing everything government and corporate public relations departments tell you. Let’s backtrack a bit.

Remember when George W Bush talked about rogue states that sponsor terror. He named Iran, Iraq, Libya and North Korea. He got it wrong, north Korea is not a terror state it’s a clown state. And Dubya missed out the biggest sponsor of terror on the planet. Well to be fair he maybe didn’t think America was while he held office. After all he did not get into as many wars as Bill Clinton or Tony Blair. And (this is being wise in hindsight I know) he did not order as many drone strikes as Obama.

And despite having dinner with members of the bin Laden family regularly he did not seek an alliance with Al Qaeda.

Some months ago Syrian rebel commanders met US intelligence officers in Jordan for a jolly old chinwag about how the war on Assad was going. Leaders of the (del>evil, jihadist murderers brave freedom fighters hoped to secure supplies of the nukes, scalar wave weapons, B52s, helicopter gunships and long poles with nails through the end modern, well maintained weapons they need to overthrow President Bashar Al Assad.

One of the commanders present at the meeting reported that all the Americans wanted to talk about was uniting the anti – Assad groups against Jabhat Al Nusra rebels, the Al Qaeda-affiliated group of anti – Assad Islamic fundamentalists. The USA was more interested in pissing off Iran than they were in helping the rebels overthrow Assad.

The rebel commander – a moderate Sunni and an influential rebel leader from Damascus who said he has met intelligence operatives from Western and Arab states, said the US officials were especially keen to obtain information about the identities of Al Nusra insurgents and the locations of their bases.

Then, by the rebel commander’s account, the discussion took an unexpected turn.

The Americans began discussing the possibility of drone strikes on Al Nusra camps inside Syria and tried to enlist the rebels to fight their fellow insurgents.

“The US intelligence officer said, ‘We can train 30 of your fighters a month, and we want you to fight Al Nusra’,” the rebel commander recalled.

Opposition forces should be uniting against Mr Al Assad’s more powerful and better-equipped army, not waging war among themselves, the rebel commander replied. The response from a senior US intelligence officer was blunt.

“I’m not going to lie to you. We’d prefer you fight Al Nusra now, and then fight Assad’s army. You should kill these Nusra people. We’ll do it if you don’t,” the rebel leader quoted the officer as saying.

So what America wants after the fall of Assad is a failed state like the ones they left behind in Libya and Iraq. Well that should be easy, if you want to reduce a nation to failed state conditions, just send Barack Hussein Obama to run it for a few years.

Now Dave is off to see Bammy soon, and if he comes back talking about supporting any American military action in Syria I say we have to take to the streets and overthrow the government. The trouble is when you look at what is availble to replace them we’re as fucked as Syria.

America’s hidden agenda in Syria

Bin Laden Died Of Natural Causes – I Told You So

Oh ye of little faith, those of you who doubted Little Nicky when after the Obama White House claimed credit for taking out terror chief Osama Bin Laden, I told you that Bin Laden had been dead for years, kidney disease had done for him some time between 2002 and 2005. I even gave you video of the late Benazir Butto leaking the news of the bin Laden death (peacefully in his bed) shortly before she was assassinated, (coincidence – mmmmmmmaybe, make up your own minds on that one)

Well doubters, what do you make of this.
(“But Nicky” cry the doubters, “this is a web news site, we only believe stuff we hear or read of from mainstream media.” – fools, when have they ever been right.)

A former agent of the CIA has revealed that al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden has died of natural causes five years before the US announced his death.

“In an interview with Russia’s Channel One, Berkan Yashar, who is also a Turkish politician, said the US has not killed the al-Qaeda leader.

“In September of 1992, I was in Chechnya, that’s when I first met the man whose name was Bin Laden. This meeting took place in a two-story house in the city of Grozny; on the top floor was a family of Gamsakhurdia, the Georgian president, who then was kicked out of his country. We met on the bottom floor; Osama lived in the same building,” Yashar said.

According to the former CIA agent, he personally knew Bin Laden’s three Chechen bodyguards, who had protected him until his death and witnessed his death on June 26, 2006.

“Even if the entire world believed, I could not possibly believe it,” Yashar said. “I personally know the Chechens who protected him, they are Sami, Mahmood, and Ayub, and they were with him until the very end.”

“Only three Chechens buried him, according to his will” in the mountains on the Pakistan-Afghan border, he said.

Yashar added that the CIA abducted one of the bodyguards, Sami, before the announced killing of Bin Laden last year.

He says the bodyguard disclosed to the US the exact place of burial in the mountains.

“There was no assault. I know the American operations from the inside: they find the grave, dig out bin Laden and tell everyone about this. They need to show how technologically the security services worked, how each step was controlled, and then present it as a great victory to show that taxpayers are not paying taxes for nothing,” he said.

Washington announced on May 2, 2011 that Bin Laden was killed by US forces in his compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan.

The lack of transparency over bin Laden’s death has cast further doubt over the announcement.”

Iraq Civil War: I Told You So Again

When will you learn, all you nay sayers, when wil all those Ivory Tower dwelling academics and experts learn.

“We toppled the tyrant Saddam and broght freem’an’moxy (copyright George Dubya Bush) to Iraq they said.

Iraq will fragment and drift into tribal and secartian, many sided civil war Little Nicky Machiavelli said. Well having observed the baser instincts of human nature for over 500 years, us Machiavelli’s know a thing or two about tyranny, brutality and man’s inhumanity to man. And that is why, while being aware of how awful tyrants like Saddam, Gaddafi and Assad are, I knew that what was put in their place by the join-hands-and-sing-fucking-kumbaya brigade would be far worse.

FROM THE INDEPENDENT:

“Iraqi leaders fear that the country is sliding rapidly into a new civil war which “will be worse than Syria”. Baghdad residents are stocking up on rice, vegetables and other foodstuffs in case they are prevented from getting to the shops by fighting or curfews. “It is wrong to say we are getting close to a civil war,” said a senior Iraqi politician. “The civil war has already started.”

This is borne out by the sharp rise in the number of people killed in political violence in Iraq in April, with the UN claiming more than 700 people were killed last month, the highest monthly total for five years.

The situation has suddenly deteriorated since the killing of at least 36 Sunni Arab protesters at a sit-in in Hawijah on 23 April. An observer in Baghdad, who did not want to be named, said “ever since, Hawijah people are frightened of a return to the massacres of 2006”. She added that Sunni and Shia were avoiding going into each others’ areas. Signs of deteriorating security are everywhere. Al-Qa’ida showed its reach on Monday when five car bombs blew up in overwhelmingly Shia southern Iraq, leaving 21 dead. The Sunni fundamentalist group, which had a resurgence in 2012, is responsible for killing a majority of the almost 1,500 Iraqis who have died in political violence so far this year.

Its members are now able to roam freely in Anbar province where a year ago they were a secretive underground movement. In neighbouring Kirkuk, al-Qa’ida last week seized the town of Sulaiman Bec, shot the chief of police, stormed the police station and departed with their weapons after agreeing a truce with the Iraqi army.

Residents in Baghdad say that soldiers, whom they claim are Shia militiamen in uniform, have massed around Sunni enclaves in the city and are setting up checkpoints. Memories of the sectarian civil war in 2006 and 2007 when, in the worst months, some 3,000 people were butchered, may be exacerbating the sense of threat, but old fears are reawakening. Bombs have usually been directed against Shia in the past, but in recent weeks Sunni mosques and cafés are being targeted. “Before we could escape to Syria, but with the violence there where can we go?” asked one Iraqi. “There is no way out.” ”

The European Commission is working on a revision of the European seed market in the form of a regulation. Thus, a decision of the European Court is legalized in July 2012: Farmers are allowed to sell only officially authorized seed. So far, old and rare seed varieties were excluded that were grown in long standing economic and exchange traded, usually in small quantities. If it goes to the Commission’s plans, small farmers or private persons may not even give away their homegrown seeds in the future.’
